Hi, I’m Heather Thomson, an actor and musician based in Toronto. I recently finished my training in the Acting for Film and Television program at Humber College, where I spent the past few years growing as a performer, storyteller, and collaborator.
I’ve always had a deep love for performing. Acting gives me a space to express myself, connect with others, and work through my anxiety in a creative, meaningful way. It challenges me, calms me, and constantly reminds me why I chose this path.
Alongside acting, music has been a huge part of my life. I play the alto sax, tenor sax, and clarinet, and I often find that music and acting go hand-in-hand; both are about rhythm, emotion, and telling a story without always needing words. I love it when I get to bring those two worlds together.
Whether I’m on set, in a rehearsal room, or creating something original, I show up with heart, honesty, and a passion for the craft. I’m always excited to keep learning, collaborating, and performing.
